I’m a 10x Business Coach and Communication Training Specialist who helps people with accountability and strategy, moving clients from confusion to confidence with tools, systems, and processes that increase revenue. My background blends live virtual training, instructional design, and adult education. Over the past several years, I’ve designed and delivered instructor-led remote training, onboarding programs, and professional learning experiences that support customer success, product adoption, and long-term capability building. A core strength I bring is live facilitation. I specialize in remote instructor-led training and webinars that are practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world application. I’ve supported software implementations, rebuilt large-scale training documentation, developed learning pathways and job aids, and maintained LMS environments to support consistent customer learning journeys. Alongside corporate and institutional roles, I also operate a training consultancy where I design scalable learning programs, partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, and continuously improve training systems and materials. This work keeps me deeply connected to how adults actually learn, what customers struggle with, and what makes training stick. I hold a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Curriculum Development and am a Certified 10X Business Coach through Cardone University, where I continue advanced training in communication, engagement, and performance-based facilitation. At my core, I care about building training experiences that reduce friction, increase confidence, and help people truly use what they’ve been given.
